UPDATE FROM M11 CREDIT:
- M11 and the Maple Foundations request to appoint a provisional liquidator over Orthogonal Trading has been granted
- This is a positive step forward as it protects the value of OTs assets, so M11 can return max value to lenders
- The process continues, but the next step is for the liquidator (Kroll) retained by M11 and the Maple Foundation to take control of OTs accounts
